Terms of Service

1.1 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age to join PNW. If you are eligible to use Discord, you are eligible to use PNW. By joining, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

1.2 Community Code of Conduct

PNW is built on a "Community Comes First" ethos. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior. You agree not to engage in:

• Harassment, bullying, racism, sexism, homophobia, or any other form of discrimination against other members.
• Cheat software, exploits, hacks, or distributing malicious files.
• "Real-world trading" (selling in-game items, vehicles, or ranks for actual currency).

2.1 Server Rules & Progression

All players must strictly adhere to the PNW Server Rules, which are listed separately in our Discord. Progression is time-based, so it doesn't matter who you know. Put the time in, and you'll move up. Attempting to bypass this system through staff manipulation or "favoritism" is prohibited.

2.2 Voluntary Donations

Any financial contributions or donations made to PNW are entirely voluntary and used solely to cover server infrastructure costs, custom assets, and development.

• No Refunds: All donations are final and strictly non-refundable.
• Donations do not exempt you from community rules. If you are banned for breaking rules, you will forfeit access to any perks associated with donations.

3.1 Intellectual Property

All custom scripts, custom vehicle liveries, uniform textures, and branding elements created by the PNW development team remain the exclusive property of PNW. You may not rip, copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any custom assets provided on our servers. Grand Theft Auto V and FiveM assets remain the intellectual property of Rockstar Games and Cfx.re respectively.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

PNW is an online roleplay community and is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our servers. We are not liable for any loss of in-game data, virtual progress, or items due to server wipes, technical glitches, or community closure.

3.3 Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to our Discord, website, and FiveM servers at any time, without warning, if you violate these terms or our community rules.

3.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
