The community comes first
Everything we do is driven by the community. Our command team is stable, we don't shuffle leadership every few weeks. Progression is time-based, so it doesn't matter who you know. Put the time in, and you'll move up.
Your inventory, visualised
Everything you carry is laid out on your character: every pocket, belt and bag is a slot you can see, and items go where you'd really keep them. We've worked to make it both advanced and simple to use.
A medical menu with all the options
Medics work from another native in-game menu. A patient's injuries, vitals and an ECG feed are examined and treated one step at a time.
Vehicle damage you can actually inspect
Walk round a car and inspect it panel by panel. Some faults the vehicle reports itself — a burst tyre, a crumpled wing, an engine that's taken a beating — and the rest get logged by hand, stamped with who logged them.
Forms your Command team builds
Each service designs its own paperwork on the website and ticks which forms officers can file from the street. They're filled in on a real page, not a chat box: the incident comes off the CAD, the person off the PNC, and a signature has to be drawn by whoever you asked for it — so nobody ends up signed onto a record they never agreed to.
A stop filed at the roadside and one filed at a desk are the same record.

Every service runs its incidents, units and radio traffic from one dashboard. It's only usable while on duty as a controller, but you can watch it at work below.
Every inbox and every call, in one place
We support email for all of our services and for many major brands, usable across a range of in-game devices as well as the web portals. Whether you're on your laptop, your phone or a service terminal, your inbox follows you.
Phone support goes further: calls can be answered on your behalf even when you're not online, so you never miss what matters. Landline handsets and burner phones are integrated from day one, along with internal service extensions and multi-line support.
Built to welcome, not to gatekeep
We've worked to create a safe and accepting place for every aspiring applicant and every existing participant. A welcoming environment for everyone is non-negotiable, and we put a stop to hateful content wherever we find it in the FiveM space.
